[&U](https://ampersandu.com/deets?ref=andys.blog) spent over $180,000 in 2025 and distributed funds to the following incomplete list of individuals. Amounts ranged from $100 to $50,000\. More names will be added retroactively and on an ongoing basis as future grants are awarded.

Although &U grants are no longer a primary focus for Andy in 2026, the [application form](https://ampersandu.com/apply?ref=andys.blog) remains open. Many said filling the form itself was a useful experience for their own self-understanding. I hope the process refines and elevates your [ambitions](https://andys.blog/ambition/), whatever they may be!
