pretty ambitious but also fun

The plan creates founders and aligns the global community on a dataset + protocol to 100x our culture. A moonshot culture paves the path towards a Graceful (AI) Future.

I estimate >10 years of challenging work ahead. Suppose 10,000 interviews for zScore, maybe steady state is 20 per week, so 5hrs/week = 1k/yr.

By then there will be other validator nodes, and the AI picture will have clarified. I'll save time and accelerate as we build momentum & leverage. This can all happen naturally.

Direct mentorship for founders in an intensive incubator is optional and perhaps an early mistake in my strategy. It adversely impacts my ability to speak at scale. I only noticed this critical tradeoff because I have scarce resources at present.

Instead of spending money on video editors or unproven talent, I can invest more in myself as the engine of progress. For example, flying to inspiring friends around the world and harvesting a critical mass of tightly focused content. Such compressed execution locks in greater social proof and accelerates momentum.

Initial results are positive. Received heartwarming live gratitude from Miranda and feedback from multiple others. With Keven visiting and having zero background, we jumped into a spontaneous 10-minute chat in the park after brunch. So smooth. Being more pointy and intentional is creating higher quality progress.

In these early days, I'm still learning how to express my intuitive aim. Something like: my eventual death should QED the cleanest example in history of a positive-sum person. And by person I mean "a conscious individual entity".

I hope this low bar is quickly surpassed.
